According to RBC with reference to agencies and the media, in particular in Munich, the airport interrupted work, and 560 out of 880 flights scheduled on December 3 were canceled.

There were also outages at Frankfurt am Main airport.

A similar situation with the cancellation of flights and difficulties in railway communication was observed in the cities of the Netherlands and Switzerland.

According to Kleine Zeitung, in Austria, due to snowfall in the district of Murtal, about 20 thousand households were left without electricity. Polish media also point to power outages due to bad weather.
