The club's announcement: Nine players leave J-Södra

One of them is Marko Nikolic who has played 81 games in three years at J-Södra. After Jönköping Södra was relegated from Superettan, nine players now choose to leave the club. "It didn't turn out the way we thought and it's sad to leave in this way, but one thing is for sure and that is that Jönköpings Södra will be back," says Marko Nikolic in a comment on the club's website.


On November 12, it was announced that J-Södra was relegated to Ettan Södra after playing in Superettan since 2018.

Now, the club announces that they are working on the men's squad for the 2024 season, and that nine players are ready to leave the club.

One of them is Marko Nikolic who has played 81 games in three years at the club.

"Thank you to all my great teammates over the years and thank you to all the coaches who believed in me during these three years. And finally, a big thank you to the fans who have been there every game in good times and bad," he says.
