The number of people on sick leave due to stress is increasing in both Sweden and Dalarna, according to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Niklas Ström in Borlänge has personal experience of being on sick leave. Today, he works as a work environment consultant and helps companies create a sustainable work environment.

Ambiguity at work

According to Ström, there are many reasons for fatigue syndrome.
