Low morale and a shortage of military personnel are observed in Ukraine, people do not want to go to the military registration and enlistment office on the eve of winter.

This was reported by the Financial Times, citing its correspondent in the country, Chris Miller.

"No one jumps off the couch to go to the military registration and enlistment office to spend the winter under fire," he said.

According to the journalist, Kiev is afraid that former leader Donald Trump will return to power in the United States. Miller believes that assistance to Ukraine from the American authorities directly depends on the presidential elections in the United States.

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the authorities were working on a comprehensive plan for mobilization in Ukraine.
