The German company OBI GmbH & Co. Deutschland KG, which is the former owner of OBI construction hypermarkets in Russia, asks the court of the Moscow region to prohibit its former subsidiary OBI Franchise Center LLC from using its brands in the domain name of the obi.ru website.


As reported by RIA Novosti, the lawsuit was submitted to the court on November 9, it was accepted for consideration. Preliminary hearings will be held on January 10.
