No screen time at all for children under the age of two. This is recommended by the Swedish Association of Pediatrics, after researching the subject. "I don't put the children in front of the screen to get things done themselves," says Tilda Nordvall.

SVT Västernorrland has talked to parents in the county about how their children use screens and what they themselves think about screen time for the children.

"When it's stressful at home and you need to cook dinner, the TV can be on," says Tara Eklund, mother of two.
