Belize Suspends Diplomatic Relations with Israel

Bahrain recalled its ambassador to Israel and halted economic relations with the Jewish state amid the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Bolivian government has also decided to sever diplomatic relations with Israel. Colombian President Gustavo Petro also announced that he was recalling the ambassador from Tel Aviv for consultations. Libya's parliament voted unanimously to approve a law criminalizing the normalization of relations with Israeli.

The Government of Belize revokes the accreditation of Israeli Ambassador Einat Kranz-Neiger and suspends the work of its diplomatic missions in Tel Aviv. Such measures were taken by the Central American state due to the fact that the Israeli army "consistently violates international humanitarian law and the human rights of the people of Gaza."


The Government of Belize suspends all activities of the Honorary Consulate of Belize in Tel Aviv, Israel, and withdraws the appointment of its Honorary Consul," the statement said.

On November 2, Bahrain recalled its ambassador to Israel and halted economic relations with the Jewish state amid the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The Bolivian government has also decided to sever diplomatic relations with Israel. Colombian President Gustavo Petro also announced that he was recalling the ambassador from Tel Aviv for consultations.

On November 13, Libya's parliament voted unanimously to approve a law criminalizing the normalization of relations with Israel.
