This was reported by the publication "Ukrainska Pravda".

"Another article has been added to the production qualification," the publication says.

It is specified that we are talking about part 4 of Article 410, which concerns the theft, misappropriation and extortion of weapons, ammunition, explosives and other military substances by the military.

On November 6, Chastyakov died as a result of careless handling of a grenade.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of the country, Ihor Klymenko, said that the deceased, according to preliminary information, received a birthday gift with new Western-style grenades from a colleague.

According to STRANA.ua, Zaluzhnyi's assistant, who died in the explosion, could have mistaken grenades for shot glasses.
