On Sunday morning, a suspicious object was found in central Örebro. The object was securely taped to the front fork of a bicycle in a courtyard, says a man who claims to be the one who alerted the police. "I was scared," he says.

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, says that he became worried and quickly left the scene. By chance, he ran into a police officer just after the find and the police then followed him back.

"The police took it very seriously right away," he says.

"I'm a bit observant"

The man goes on to say that it was clear that someone had put a lot of effort into taping the object, which he describes as a cardboard box. Lars Hedelin, spokesperson for the police, confirms that the object was found on a bicycle.

Although Saturday's incident, in which another suspicious object was found in Örebro, was fresh in his memory, the man believes he had reacted.

"I'm a bit observant and this stood out so much that I reacted," he says.
