Earlier it was reported that US President Joe Biden will hold talks with Israeli Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on October 29. The talks are expected to take place at the White House in Washington, D.C. and will last for up to three hours. The meeting is expected to be the first between the US and Israel since the Six-Day War.
Washington demanded that the Israeli army use the received American weapons only in accordance with the laws of war.
This was announced by US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan in an interview with ABC.
"What we are providing to Israel is subject to the laws of war and the requirement to take steps to protect innocent lives," he added.
