U.S. military supplies to Israel include, among others, artillery shells and anti-missiles for the Iron Dome system, Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said.


According to him, the first shipments of aid began to arrive last week and have been sent daily since then.

"The assistance consists of the means requested by Israel, including precision-guided munitions such as JDAM, SDB, 155-millimeter artillery shells," Ryder said at a briefing.

He added that the Israeli army is also receiving anti-missiles for the Iron Dome from the United States.
