Ulyanov announced the psychological terror of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against employees of Russian nuclear power plants

Employees of the Kursk and Zaporozhye nuclear power plants continue to receive threats from the Ukrainian side, said Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna.


His statement is quoted by the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"The campaign of psychological terror unleashed by the Ukrainian side against employees of Russian stations is only gaining momentum," he stressed.

According to Ulyanov, employees of the stations regularly receive phone calls and SMS with threats of physical violence.

The Ukrainian side also posts intimidating materials on social networks, he added.

In July, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the Kursk nuclear power plant was the target of the provocation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the fall of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the Kursk region on Friday, July 14.

On August 10, Renat Karchaa, adviser to the general director of the Rosenergoatom concern, said that attempts to attack the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant with drones continue, they pose a real threat to nuclear safety.
