"There are no Wagner forces on the border between Mali and Niger, there are Islamist groups there," the prime minister said.

Mahamudu added that in order to cross this border, it is necessary to destroy these groups first, but this has not happened in four years. At the moment, PMC "Wagner" can not cross this border.
