According to the agency, the military commissar had a personal dislike for the victim, as he openly spoke about the conflict situations that occurred in the team. The suspect, the sergeant and the soldier arrived at the victim's house at night and called him for a conversation.

"When the man left the house, he was surrounded and after a verbal skirmish they began to beat him. Most of the blows were on the torso and head. The beating continued even when he was lying on the ground," the report said.

The victim was diagnosed with numerous bruises and a concussion.
