They stay until July 10 and, among other things, the Children's Embassy has arranged a visit to Parken Zoo, where the children got to play, socialize and watch the animals. Something that was appreciated, not least by 16-year-old Dima Turchin, who also had the opportunity to meet his best friend from his home country during his visit to the camp.
"I've been able to meet my best friend here, but also got some rest from the war that's going on back home.
A difficult journey home
The journey home is not something Dima thinks about when he goes around the amusement park with his camp friends, but he briefly notes that it will be difficult to pack his bags for the return trip.
"It's going to be really hard," he says, and shortly thereafter talks about his plans for the future:
"I want to start studying, but also, very much like to come back here one day.
In the clip, you get to hear Dima talk about the visit to Sweden, but also hang out with some Ukrainian children at the amusement park.
