According to him, the Secretary of State may condemn the growing Russian-Chinese partnership.
He added that Blinken might even try to involve the PRC in the sanctions against Russia, but this is actually impossible.
Earlier, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said that Russian-Chinese relations are a "citadel of truth."
