Just before the election sprint began this summer, Aftonbladet reported that Johan Pehrson (L) owned approximately ten percent of the company KB 18 real estate property development. Now NA writes that the minister is selling his share and parking the money. - That is the price you have to pay as a minister. Then I have to have arm's length distance, says Johan Pehrson to the newspaper.

Labor market minister Johan Pehrson will invest the money from the sale in a newly started company that he himself owns 100 percent of.

- As a result of being a minister, I have left the company in which I previously owned a share, KB 18. I have sold the shares and will invest in an index fund in the new company, he tells the newspaper.

Pehrson was questioned because the company he was a co-owner of, among other things, ran a security company that offers security guards.

At the same time, the Liberals pushed for the state to pay 1.8 billion to municipalities that invest in municipal security guards.

This is what Johan Pehrson said about his ownership to SVT in May.
