The FCS reported that the surplus of the trade balance of Russia for the first nine months amounted to $ 251 billion

First Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of Russia Ruslan Davydov said that Russia's trade surplus in January-September 2022 amounted to $251 billion.


“The trade balance surplus is $251 billion,” TASS quoted Davydov as saying.

According to him, the volume of imports amounted to $180 billion, and the volume of exports reached $431 billion.

As for the indicators of the trade balance surplus for the same period in 2021, they are fixed at $130.3 billion.

Thus, the trade surplus increased by 93%.

Earlier it became known that the surplus of Russia's foreign trade in goods and services in January-September 2022 increased by 2.2 times in annual terms and amounted to $238 billion.
