The alarm came in just after 10 on Thursday evening and it is still unclear if anyone is in the apartments in the house.
Both the emergency services and an ambulance are on the scene, according to the radio.

There is a fire in a three-storey house in Arvika. It is supposed to be a fully developed fire on the first and second floor of the house, reports P4 Värmland.
