the three Michelin stars Dani García
(Marbella, December 30, 1975) has just undergone a nine-month diet and exercise challenge led by coach Judit Abarca with the
intention of reaching his best version

"I'm not going to lie, being a chef day to day is a challenge. Right now, with several new restaurant openings, I have to try, try and try new things."
For a year now, this tandem has joined forces working together so that people can find
healthier options
when they want to order food at home

"Paula is a person who shares our same values and we trust her ability to create

recipes full of color and flavor," describes the chef.
"Nothing can make me happier than continuing to show Dani García that eating healthy is not boring," she replies to the glove.
"To be fit you don't have to eat lettuce and chicken breast,"
they say in unison, laughing.
FROM GUACADREAM TO AÇAI BOWL
Ordovás holds her Pretty Bowl: fresh bulgur salad, chickpeas, avocado, cucumber, zucchini carpaccio, carrot spirals with chili sauce and mayo, black sesame, accompanied by a lemon vinaigrette.
La Gran Familia Mediterránea by Paula Ordovás, a successful and fun multi-order service from the chef from Malaga, thus incorporates a proposal to eat well every day with new dishes.

"I have always admired Dani and I have followed all his projects very closely. I am a fan of trying new ingredients, new dishes and new restaurants and I have been lucky enough to work hand in hand with him.

to the creation of this menu", slides the content creator.
"Even when you eat away from home there are always options with more or less energy content that you can combine to achieve your goals. In our case, with Paula's menu it is not only easy, but it is also
very appealing because all the dishes are an explosion with a very healthy flavor
", asserts the Andalusian chef about how this collaboration came about.
GOOD INSIDE AND OUT
Healthy lifestyle influencer Paula Ordovás holds up her menu for La Gran Familia Mediterránea.
Both are pleased that there are more and more options so that choosing health does not have to be a sacrifice.

Food is medicine, pleasure, experiences and memories
and the fundamental thing is to find the perfect balance between a complete and healthy diet and the whims that one wants to give oneself", encourages Ordovás.
The key is to find the balance, says Garcia, who knows well as a cook the struggle of
controlling the portions of normal meals
, knowing that you are going to complement tasting and snacking the rest of the time.
"For us, the key was always to offer
something more than food at home,
we had and wanted to be creative and innovative. You have to offer an experience, from the fact that the food has to be very good, to the

The two tried to color the dishes with fruit and vegetables and the best sources of fat and protein.
And season with healthy sauces full of flavor and creaminess.
"We were always clear that the consumer had to be able to order different types of food in the same order, either for
different people or for oneself
at different times. In a market where you can order everything, not always you can ask for everything at the same time to satisfy everyone. The struggles to see "what is asked for" had to end," they assert.
