The sanction fell for Dimitri Payet, and it is far from lenient.
Olympique de Marseille midfielder Dimitri Payet was suspended Wednesday evening for three games, including one suspended, by the disciplinary committee of the Professional Football League (LFP).
These gestures are similar and yet:
1. Aouar (Lyon): 1 suspension match.
2. Di Maria (PSG): warning.
3. Girotto (Nantes): 1 suspension match.
4. Payet (OM): 3 suspension matches including 1 suspended.
What consistency?

This suspension comes after his red card received in Olympique de Marseille's draw against Lyon on Sunday (1-1).
Dimitri Payet opened the scoring moments before being sent off.
He is expected to miss the game against Bordeaux on October 17 and Lorient on October 24.
