Moscow has set an absolute temperature record for March 7th. According to the leading employee of the Phobos weather center, Mikhail Leus, the thermometer rose to +11 ° C.


“Today, at 14:00, the air temperature in Moscow, at the VDNKh weather station, reached +11 ° С. Thus, the previous daily record of the maximum temperature of that day, established in 2002, was exceeded by 2 ° C, ”the statement on the Meteovesti website said.

It is clarified that this day was the warmest since the beginning of 2020 in Moscow, and for the first time this year, the thermometer in the capital was able to rise above +10 ° С.
