Balbek notes that some people during the report “shouted, knocked their feet, punched the table”.
“It is impossible to believe that such barbaric tricks are possible in the center of Old Europe,” RIA Novosti quoted the deputy as saying.
He added that in this way the Ukrainian delegation demonstrates “contempt” for democratic values.
