Since the beginning of 2019 more than 500 Russians have not been allowed to Ukraine

Since the beginning of 2019, Ukrainian border guards have prevented more than 500 Russian citizens from entering the country. This is reported by UNN with reference to the head of the department for media relations of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Andrei Demchenko.


“Since the beginning of 2019, 509 Russians have not been allowed into Ukraine, but 28,000 Russians have been able to cross the border into Ukraine,” he said.

Earlier it was reported that since the end of martial law, about 800 Russians have not been allowed into Ukraine.

December 26, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced the termination of martial law in Ukraine.
