Russian national hockey team beat a team from Switzerland in the youth World Cup match

The Russian national hockey team defeated the Swiss national team in the youth world championship match in Canada. It is reported RIA Novosti.


It is noted that the meeting held in Vancouver ended with the score 7: 4 (1: 2, 2: 1, 4: 1) in favor of the Russian athletes.

In the final match in the group on Monday, December 31, the Russians will meet with Canadians.

It became known earlier that Nikita Shashkov, a forward from Novosibirsk “Siberia”, was included in the Russian national team’s bid for the 2019 World Youth Hockey Championship, which will be held in the Canadian cities of Vancouver and Victoria.
