More than 1.3 thousand refugees left “Er-Rukban” in 24 hours

The head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties to the SAR, Major General Viktor Kupchishin, said that over 1.3 thousand refugees had left the Er-Rukban camp in Syria along a humanitarian corridor.

“During the day, the“ Er-Rukban ”camp along the provided humanitarian corridor managed to leave 1,358 refugees,” Kupchishin said.

He noted that just from February 19, 3,642 people were able to leave the camp on the territory controlled by the SAR authorities.

Earlier it was reported that representatives of the coalition led by the United States do not intend to impede the departure of refugees from the Er-Rukban camp in the Syrian region of Tanf.
