Investigators began checking after the collision of the Russian cargo ship Seagrand with the bridge in the port of Pusan ​​in South Korea. It is reported by the press service of the Far Eastern Investigation Department of Transport of the IC of Russia.


“A procedural check is being conducted on the grounds of a crime stipulated in part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic safety rules and operation of water transport),” the report says.

The ministry added that the outcome of the audit will be a procedural decision.

Earlier, the media reported that in South Korea in the port of Pusan, a Russian cargo ship Seagrand crashed into a bridge.

According to the specified information, as a result of the incident, the construction of the bridge and the ship were damaged.
