Munich (dpa / lby) - Gia Corley will leave the soccer players of FC Bayern Munich in the summer.
The offensive player changes to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
«We would have loved to renew with Gia, as she has made great strides in her development since 2015.
But of course we respect her wish to face a new challenge, ”said Bianca Rech, the sports director of FC Bayern Frauen, according to a statement on Monday.
Corley, 2020 winner of the Fritz Walter Medal in silver, has played for the youth teams in Munich since 2015 and was promoted to the professional squad via the 2nd team.
Most recently, she made her debut in the Champions League, DFB Cup and Bundesliga.
