Six people including Satomi aiming for second consecutive para-badminton title selected to represent Paris Games. Representatives for para- badminton were selected based on the world rankings of the points race for the right to participate in the Paris Paralympic Games.
Of these, Japanese players were selected from among the top six players in the world in the men's and women's doubles events. All six athletes will be participating in the Paralympian Games for the second consecutive time, following the Tokyo Games.
